HSAG was awarded for a 4-year Hospital Quality Improvement Contract (HQIC) contract by CMS in September 2020. Our scope of work consists of supporting a network of Acute Care Facilities (300) to prevent and reduce Harms (Hospital Acquired Infections, Falls, HAPI and many others).
