A 4-hour mini-conference that will involve presentations on late stages of Dementia, hospice vs. palliative care and managing end of life care for people living with dementia followed by a Panel Discussion with experts.

Continuing education credit for providers, nursing and social workers (3.5 contact hours). Also approved for Audiology and Speech-language Pathology continuing education. Caregivers welcome to attend !
